I hold conditional offer from Oxford. Will Oxford still let me in if I don't satisfy its IELTS condition?

I received conditional offer from Oxford to read MSc in Development for Economics. The offer is conditional upon meeting IELTS score of 7.5 (7 minimum for each section). My current score is 7 (6.5 minimum for each section) and I have already secured funding from my government. How significant is language condition since I only miss a slight score? What should I do in this regards? And how's my chance in terms of getting into Oxford?

I would say this is something you should ask your department head or department rep at Oxford.

Only they will know whether that condition is flexible and how flexible it is.
They may also be able to give you some information about whether there are other ways to meet their language prereq.

Chances are you only have to meet the condition by June or July, can't you take the test again? But do as kwils76 said asap.
