UMD or UF

Hi,

I have admission in Mechanical engineering PhD program from UMD and UF. I have RAship from both universities. Considering both advisers are the same in terms of research experience and reputation, which one should I choose?

Congratz! I am a UF undergrad alum, and absolutely love the community. Gainesville is a neat town to live in as well. If you have any questions about Gainesville or UF, feel free to shoot me a PM. 

 

UMD is an excellent university as well. I don't think you can make a "bad choice" here.
