MS Biomedical Engineering at Columbia or MS EE at UIUC

I am trying to decide between my offers from Columbia University in Biomedical Eng and one from University of Illinois at Urbana-Chamapaign in Electrical Eng. I will most likely be doing the same kind of research at either institutions so the department difference is not a huge deal.
Either give me any kind of guaranteed funding except I can most likely get a half time TA appointment from a professor I have been a TA for at UIUC.

But take money out of consideration for now. Which school is worth more when it come to employment. On one hand you have an ivy which will provide a higher quality of networking opportunities and the other being a top engineering school in its field.
