Dylan Samziki Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Hi all, Does anyone know the difference between the Organizational Behavior PhD program and the Management PhD program at Harvard? I read through the entire HBS website and its PDF catalog to discern the difference but couldn't really tell. I'm interested in conducting research on ecology-based approaches to organizational change and development with a keen eye for diversity and equity. It's hard to tell which program is best suitable for my research interests. Thanks. Dylan.
eternallyephemeral Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 I don't know a ton about the programs at Harvard, but I know the OB program is jointly offered with the department of sociology. Also, you can look up current students in the program on Harvard's website, which can give you an idea of what type of students they admit. Everyone in OB worked at a consulting company, if I remember correctly.
