Sending wrong file and sending a follow-up email with correct file - is this annoying?

I sent an email with an outdated report to my professor. Within a few hours, I sent the updated version of the file before he could reply when I discovered I sent the wrong one. I don't know why but I feel like I'm being annoying by doing this... am I just overreacting? In the back of my head it's really bothering me.

Relax, this happens. Any reasonable person would understand.

Agreed. These things happen and your professor probably won't even give it a second thought.

The number of times I have sent AND received emails like this are so high that I hardly notice anymore. No shame

My emails appear threaded together in my inbox, so if somebody had to resend a corrected file I'd see that message before the original anyway. No harm, no foul.
