Statement of Purpose feedback - MS Data Science

I just finished my rough draft of my personal essay and would appreciate feedback. I am going for a Master's in Data Science/Analytics/Business Intelligence and my quantitative scores on the GRE were only slightly above average, so I feel like I need to present a really good image to overcome that.

I began this document with the questions I was trying to answer, which I believe can be applied to any statement of purpose. I then provide a step by step outline of the points I am trying to make so that you know the intention and purpose of what I wrote.
