Cornell University MEngg- good investment?

Hello! 

I recently got an admit at Cornell University for their MEngg (2 semester program) in the ECE department. The course fees along with the living expenses amount to $73,000 ( approx 50 Lakh INR) for a year. I'm a fresher and currently in my final year of Undergraduate studies at IIEST, Shibpur (erstwhile Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur). Is it a good decision to go ahead with the investment?
