Hello, I'm currently a Junior looking toward the upcoming application season for PhD programs. I'm interested in natural products (e.g. discovery, structural elucidation, biosynthesis, etc.) and I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for potential POIs or programs. I've done an initial literature search and have come up with some of the popular ones such as Balskus and Clardy at Harvard, Fischbach at UCSF and the slew of people at UCSD in the Scrips Institute of Oceanography. However, I keep coming up with many of the same people, which is making it hard to extend my list. Does anyone have any thoughts as to either where I should look or specific recommendations?
