Pharmacology Phd Hopes

Hi All,

     I am currently deciding on schools to apply to next year and wondered if anyone would have any advice on schools that value research experience more than stats.  I have been working full time in research and taking graduate classes (masters program, GPA-3.75). I am working this summer to improve my GRE score to take some of the pressure off of my undergrad GPA. I am trying to overcome an undergrad GPA (<3.0) and would like to focus on my research more than my stats in next years applications SOPs. Any suggestions of schools that would focus more on my research and less on my undergrad GPA?
