I have two bad GRE Scores. I want to which of the scores has better chances ? OP, both of those verbal scores are going to raise eyebrows, so I'd exclude that from your calculus. More importantly, 159 is very low for engineering programs whereas 166 is good, so the obvious answer here is to submit the first one. Square49 1
