Any idea of what they mean by further processing ? And how much time do they take usually before one is finally accepted? Amount of stipend they pay for MS students....?

So have u received any email confirming your admission or shortlisting you ?

For now, no correspondence from Masdar on Visa status. For acceptance/rejection of offer, in my case, I was given a 7-day ultimatum.
