Still no update. I inquired yesterday and they said that all the decisions will be finalized by the end of this month (June) .

I've applied for Fall 2016 and received an email shortlisting me , There has been no official offer made yet , they said that I have been shortlisted for the next round of evaluation, need to fill two forms.could you Please let me know what my chances are after having been shortlisted in this way . Aggregate 87% (GPA 3.8), GRE Q158, V148 ,IELTS 7.0 ,One publication in international journal.

You have a very good GPA . Mashallah ! So when did you apply and whence you received the email updating your status? Any idea about the chances of we getting finalized ?

I applied for MS in Electrical Power engg.. No Mate no idea about the stipend amount. So have u received any email confirming your admission or shortlisting you ?

Hey Guys my application status says that my application has been positively reviewed and short listed for further processing. Any idea of what they mean by further processing ? And how much time do they take usually before one is finally accepted? Amount of stipend they pay for MS students....?

Hey , I've just applied to this university ! Any idea about the acceptance rate and the usual duration of time they keep us waiting for the admission's decision ? My Profile B.E in Electrical & Electronics with 87% , GRE -306, IELTS 7.0 and one publication in a peer reviewed journal.

Got the rejection mail today ! No regrets ! Allah has planned something better for me . and For all waiting ,if u have not received the interview calls yet, Be Prepared for rejection ..

Hey mate , could you please share few of the kind of questions that they asked you during your first interview of Basic Maths and how long was it then? I know Im asking for more but do share a bit of your profile so that we could count our chances too . Its been really a long time since submission and and I didn't hear anything from them till now. Hey Guys, I've applied for MS Fall16 program in EE in the month of December 2015. No reply yet ! Is it really true that KAUST gives admissions to only Us or Europe degree holders ? I don't know what my chances would be , I have an 87% in my engineering(and I'm still in my final year) , a research paper published in ISI impact factor journal and the usual stuff which a final year under grad student might have.I see few candidates of MS/Phd and Phd tracks getting their calls but Has anybody who applied for MS (in EE) got an interview call yet ?
