LOR writer cannot find notification email??

Hi all...

One of my writers has been unable to find the notification email from Columbia's online form, despite checking her spam box. I resent it from twice already, and even tried deleting and re-adding her contact information in the form. Is there something I am missing? Has anyone else experienced this problem?

This happened with one of my LOR writers and another school's online app. I finally ended up contacting the DGS, who apologized and said he could send her his recommendation via email. Maybe call or email the DGS and see if yours can do the same?

I had the same experience as rogue (also at a different school). It seemed emailing it was not a problem at all, and they were very apologetic for the system not working. Definitely give them a call.

I experienced the same problem and did as is suggested above. Everyone was very kind and understanding.
