EMBL International PhD Programme Results?

The program page (https://www.embl.de/training/eipp/application/index.html) states that results for the Spring 2017 recruitment round will be sent out by the end of November. While I am 100% sure that I will receive a resounding reject, I'd like to know if anyone has any news (even a rejection email or whatever). Thanks!

I applied to EMBL program as well. Have not heard anything yet! Fingers crossed for both of us.

Honestly, with this program, I can't even be bothered to cross my fingers: it's completely out of my league! But good luck to you

Hi! Why were you so sure of your application rejection? Which are the most important requirements? My average mark is about 96% and I have written a very  strong motivation letter. I'll apply next month, probabily. But I don't know if my skills are influential enough to win the position, or the possibility to do the interview, at least.
