sherbertlemon
Let's distract ourselves from the admissions anxiety and remember why we got here: what are everyone's research interests for grad school?

another_grad
Broadly speaking, innovative pharmaceutics and biopharmaceuticals. Specifically polymer and multiparticulate drug delivery systems via means of particle engineering as well as the investigation of membranous proteins as molecular therapeutic targets. It's an either/or situation.
dpowe003
Overall I am interested in pharmacology and toxicology. I have a lot of interests which include studying the metabolism of designer drugs, their pharmacodynamics (how they act on the body), and developing quantification assays for multiple compounds. I also would like to design presumptive testing techniques for these drugs. My masters background is in forensic science, but I honestly love research so much that I can see myself working in research long term. I would be curious to learn more about clinical pharmacology and drug design too. Edited December 19, 2016 by dpowe003
crugs
My intention is to examine how Shakespeare is taught in the 21st Century classroom. Not just teaching methods, but also which plays are taught and why. Instead of blindly accepting that R&J is taught in most American 9th grade classrooms, breaking the plays down into thematic elements and character tropes...then looking at what themes and types align most directly with a modern, diverse classroom. That's just the jumping off point!

PhDorBUST
Sexual violence victimization and perpetration factors specifically pertaining to revictimization; needs assessments of secondary sexual violence victims leading (hopefully) to more efficient/effective resources, shorter recovery for victims, general awareness of sexual violence and macro interventions
