Sargeant13 Posted December 13, 2016 Posted December 13, 2016 Hello, I am currently applying to a fellowship in Government at a state university. It is required that I ask for 3 letters of recommendation. Is it ok if I ask my boss, my supervisor, and a professor I earned an A in to provide letters? Instead of supervisor, should I ask someone I have worked with in the community? I haven't done much community work aside from volunteering for the Bernie campaign with canvassing and phonebanking.
sivakumaranandan Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 Recommenders who can establish your research/contributions to their group will be best options irrespective of their position in the org. They should be able to establish your commitment and credibility to the purpose you are aspiring.
