MA in Strategic Communications Design

Does anyone know of any other programs similar to CU Boulder's MA in Strategic Communication Design?: http://www.colorado.edu/cmci/academics/advertising-pr-and-media-design/graduate-degrees#ma 

Something that discusses design as a way of problem solving or something that may include graphic design specifically with an environmental focus.

I’d look into scad, sva, and saic. I don’t know if they have that exact program but they all have multiple design ma’s and mfa’s focusing on different facets of design.
