HELP!!! U of the Pacific App Question

You guys. I waited to submit my application for the University of the Pacific until today because I was dragging my feet with the video submission. 

CSDCAS won't let me submit and I think it's because I haven't uploaded any observation hours. I can't find this as a requirement anywhere on their website or on CSDCAS—is it somewhere obvious that I'm not seeing? I have lots of observation hours but none were officially logged... they were just a part of my current job. Does anyone know if this is a requirement or have any advice? Of course, it's too late to contact U of P in time!
