Cornell Civil MEng and PhD

i hardly see posts by civil engineers in general on gradcafe. anyone applying to cornell civil? If u're already attending could you give us a sense of how many are admitted every year into the MEng and PhD programs?

does anyone even attend civil engineering MEng at cornell. i haven't seen any profile of phd or meng civil at cornell. it seems odd to me. it seems everyone goes to westcoast 'ivy-leagues'(lol) or mit civil engineering. help out if u're at cornell civil. answer my question above.
