Has anyone applied to the PhD program in the ECE department of this university?

I have applied for the summer entry and still got no answers.

Should I be worried?

I've just checked my ECE decision status page and it showed "Decision made"! I have not yet received a notification email of any sort and there is no link provided there what so ever. I've called the department regarding this matter and the lady answering explained that they are in the process of issuing emails and notifications and that I should wait. She said she couldn't see the result neither. The fact that my decision has already been made and I cannot know what it is is nerve wracking! I can't wait. Has anybody had a similar experience? Do you know what does this mean?Any predictions?
