UCSC CS application, no CruzID received?

My very first post here, don't know whether I should have post this issue in this section.

So here is the problem, I applied for 17 Fall CS Master program of UCSC last November, and as stated on the application website, I should have received “a CruzID account and access to the MyUCSC student portal” within a month after my submission of application, but I havn't received anything since then.

I emailed Dr. Will Suh twice, who is listed as the contact of UCSC CS department, without reply. Then Prof. Alex Pang, still no reply. Is there anybody facing the same problem here? What should I do next?
