UIUC or Upenn, for Masters?

Hey, Guys! I recently got my admits for masters program in Materials Science and Engineering from UPenn and UIUC. Now I am not sure as of which university will be better in terms of job prospects, grad. curriculum, location, etc.  I am interested in industry works related to electronic materials, sensors, circuit design eng. and other relevant jobs. The program description is almost same for any other university and offers similar courses of interests (in materials science), hence the confusion. On top of that, I am an international student and I am not that familiar with the industry job prospects for non-US citizens.

Please share if you have any experience with these universities. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!
