How difficult is it to get admitted to a CS Ms program at the mid tier schools?

I'm about to enroll in a computer science and engineering BS program this fall here in Europe. I already know that I want to go to the USA for grad school and I will probably be targeting mid tier schools(NCSU, ASU, UA, etc.) In the most threads I come across people are discussing about how difficult it is to get into the top tier schools but I wanna know what kind of stats that is generally enough for getting admitted to CS MS programs at mid tier school. Research during the undergrad isn't really a thing in Europe so accumulating research experience would be pretty hard for me.
