Fellowships for International Students?

[Ibn Anthropology]

I am a non-US citizen and am looking for fellowships to fund my doctoral program in anthropology (US and Canadian schools) - if I get into one that is! I have been looking for fellowships that I would be eligible for but there are hardly any it seems.

The situation is all the more complicated given that I have done my MA in the US (so I am not eligible for the scholarships that focus on 'exchange' since they want students who have never studied outside their home countries).

So, if anyone has come across fellowships for a non-US citizen interesed in studying anthropology in US/Canada after completing an MA degree from the U.S., let me know please!
