Soundguy5566
My name is Andrew and I am studying a masters in International Events Management (MA) at Manchester Metropolitan University. There is a big gender disparity on Events Management courses (both undergraduate and postgraduate) with females making up about 70-80% of the students. (Similarly, if you were to look at Engineering courses, they are made up of about 80% males). For my dissertation I have decided to investigate this disparity. I am currently conducting the literature review and wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of any relevant texts/books/journals/theories on why this may be (or even provide the names of anyone that could help me). Many thanks
