ItALO Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 (edited) Hi guys, Three Questions? 1-Any of you have any experience with the Boston University/Georgia State MA/JD? 2-What do most of their graduates end up doing? 3- Would it be better for getting into legal philosophy academia to go to a T14 law school and then get LLB in legal philosophy or to start with BU/GS, therefore, having a more solid philosophical basis? be. Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 If you want to land a job at a law school, then you should not get your JD from either of those schools. Law hiring is extremely prestige sensitive. T14 might even be aiming too low; Harvard, Stanford, and Yale are the only law schools that offer graduates a decent chance at legal academia.
