McMaster and York results F17

Hello,

I am an international applicant to McMaster and York University for MEng and MSc in Computer Science respectively. Please let me know if anyone got admit. This is ridiculously late for any results of Fall 2017. They are not even saying Reject also.

I am also an applicant in Mcmaster for MS CS, I called them to inquire about my status, and they told me that if I have not received rejection, that means the application is eligible for admission, but is sitting there due to unavailability of positions. He also suggest me to talk to professors individually.

Okay. But my desired program is actually MEng so I may not need to contact professor.

Facing something similar. The portal shows nothing. Mailed them, and they told me that I'm eligible for entry to the program.  In order to receive an offer you will need to find an appropriate supervisor.  Not sure what the "offer" means here.

For which program you have applied? or in McMaster/York? I have applied for Master of Engineering program in Software Engineering at McMaster so it would not require any supervisor it seems.

The same is here. We applied to MSc Computer Science(McMaster) in April, nothing since then. Wrote an email one week ago - no answer.
