Master in Comp Ling in Europe

Hi! I have currently graduated from the department and hold a degree on English Lang and Lit from the University of Athens. I am aspiring of working on the field of machine translation and so, looking for a masters on Comp ling or something similar. It's quite difficult for a student of my field as I don't have any programming skills. Could you help me with that and even suggest my universities in Europe, preferably not in England as the fees are very high, relevant to the field?
