sophas recommednation

Hi,

I am applying to biostatistics programs and I have two questions about sophas recommendation letter.

1) Does my recommendation need to be a general one?(without school name and address)

2) Some school requires applying in their own website after submitted sophas application. Do I need to submit my recommendations to that school, even I already submitted on sophas?
