john024 Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 I'm 24 years old and I'm in love with my female teacher, but when I see her, I feel that I hate her. I'm the best student in my university, that's why all professors love me. I think that she also loves me, but it appears that when she sees me, she feels annoyed with me. What should I do? I think it's better to tell her I love her. I know that the relationship with the professor is not logical, But I want to assure her that I love her.
lewin Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 Whether she does or not, universities usually have rules prohibiting faculty-student relationships. Instead of telling her, my suggestion is to seek out your university's counselling services and tell them exactly what you wrote here -- they could have someone you can talk to about your feelings so that they can be worked through in a healthier way. ExponentialDecay Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 I've been where you are, and I can tell you that 99% of what you think you're seeing is inside your head.
