Fordham!

I still haven't heard and my application was complete on 2/13. I'm getting very impatient!

Well, I didn't get into columbia...I didn't really expect to, it was kind of a reach. I'm still waiting on NYU and would really like to go there, so here's hoping!!

I'm wondering if there is anyone else out there that hasn't heard from any program. I'm starting to get nervous! I'm looking to hear from Columbia, NYU, Fordham, and BU. I sent my applications on time but I guess my recommendations to a little longer. Anyone in a similar boat? Any words to calm my nerves?!

I was just wondering if anyone has applied for advanced standing to any schools? Also, does anyone know if applying advanced standing helps your chances of getting accepted or not. I graduated in May with my BSW and haven't been able to find a social work type job with that degree alone. I have a decent amount of volunteer/internship experience from high school and college but no real social work job experience. I hope this doesn't hurt me in the application process. Especially, since you have to have gotten your BSW within the last 5 years to eligible for most advanced standing programs...
