Received my first rejection letter yesterday... :/ sad to say, this one was completely unexpected. CSULA stated they plan on keeping my application on file, yet received so many applications for 2013 that they can't offer me a spot for their Fall quarter. Gotta admit it feels like a low blow, it was my first choice...

Received a generated email from WUSTL saying that due to the large number of application they received this year, they will be sending out decisions within the next two weeks. Ugh, I was really hoping I would find out by today....oh well, the wait continues..

I've hear amazing things about WUSTL. I just wish they would tell us already!!!

I believe I received the same email (from Ms. Simmons) on Dec 27th, and yes mid-February can't get here fast enough! Is this your first choice?

I submitted it on Dec 10, but it wasn't posted as 'complete' until Dec. 27 due to the holiday, I think.. How about you? I called a week ago, they said it takes about 6-8 weeks...this is my 7th week..

humblegirl, I'm on the same boat...it has been about two weeks since my status changed to 'under review'. I log on daily, nothing changes :/ It is driving me nuts!

CONGRATS!!!! I called earlier, and they said my application was complete on Jan 30th. and that it take 4-8 weeks after that.. hopefully I get the same amazing news as you! May I ask when your application was completed?

Wow May 31st is soooo far away! I think they might of meant that you have until May 31st to submit a decision...or better say I HOPE that is what they meant :/ I will email Tiffany (CSUN's admission assistant) today and let you know what she says. CSUN is also my top choice

Same boat...I called CSUN and was told that it takes about 4-6 weeks to hear back from them after your application was received.. :/

Hello all! I am applying to; USC CSU-LA CSU-LB Boston University Smith College NYU Washington University in St. Louis (maybe?) It is just the beginning, and the PS already have me worried and stressed. ha-ha

I am applying to the same programs, adding Smith and Univ. of Chicago to the mix. As of right now I've only started working with the personal statement of CSULA....it's driving me nuts, too many questions.. lol Have you started? If so, how do you feel about it?
