  1. I'm really worried about this as well. I am planning on attending the University of East Anglia this fall, and was expecting to get the max in Stafford, and then maybe a little extra in PLUS. Even though the rules are changing, we overseas students should still be able to get enough loans, right? The financial aid person at UEA has no answers for me, because apparently the US hasn't told them anything yet. So I guess we just have to wait and try not to stress! Which will be near impossible for me...
  2. Still waiting, still not a single word from anyone at UCLA. I'm trying to decide if I should call and bug them again...
  3. UCLA was the only school I applied to, and if I hadn't emailed the program coordinator, I would have heard absolutely nothing. I wish he could have at least told me when to expect some kind of response. It makes me feel a little better knowing I'm not the only one who hasn't heard anything though!
  4. I still haven't heard either (I applied to the Moving Image Archive Studies program). I emailed the program coordinator and was told that my "application is still pending." and that he would let me know when that changes. What the heck does that mean? At this point I am just assuming that I either didn't get in, or didn't get funding. Is there a difference between a pending application and one that is being reviewed? When/is it okay to ask about my application again?
