Nice observation. My impatience at this point is much less intense because I have no idea when I will be finding out and the odds are a lot more favorable. Well, April is when last year's Spain grantees were notified. We shall see.
Wow, this year there was a dramatic decrease in the number of applications for the full grants to Spain:

I am more excited now.

There were 24 awards available for Spain. Now there are 30: this is interesting.
