Wow, this year there was a dramatic decrease in the number of applications for the full grants to Spain: Applications Awards 2011 154 28 2012 143 25 2013 112 30 (not finalized) I am more excited now.

Hmmmmm, so does the application number refer to those who applied or those who were recommended? There were 24 awards available for Spain. Now there are 30: this is interesting.

Yes, I've been RECOMMENDED!! *almost in tears* Now it's time to wait (for a few months) I have about 30 thank you letters to write. I'm super excited.
