Hi mbug, I haven't received a response from them either. I think I will just assume that it means that I am rejected. It seems like we should've gotten a response already if it was an acceptance, but that is just my opinion. People don't seem to post results every year, and they seem to have gotten rejections in feb/march and acceptances in mid jan in the past. Did you apply to any other schools? Good luck!

I already turned in my application for graduate school (due Dec. 15), but I JUST found out that I will be an author on a paper that will be submitted to a journal. The research is based on the research done by a potential faculty member that I am applying for, and I haven't mentioned this paper at all in my application because I was not aware. Should I email my potential POI and inform him of this? I never contacted the POI before.
