  1. I actually don't know about the European schools, but UCSD has a great nanotech program and should be pretty close to what you crave
  2. I don't know if anyone is familiar with any Master of Engineering Management programs, but Duke MEM seems pretty interesting to me and is indeed very highly ranked. My undergraduate work is in Materials science in a major university at east coast. I am not planning to step into research, so if anyone know about MEM programs, can you share your thoughts on if a MEM graduate is indeed more attractive to employers? Also, if I graduate from Penn, would a MS in Materials Science help me much in getting a job? Considering the difficulty in getting a job for materials science graduates (plz correct me if I am wrong), I am not very optimistic about the value of a MS. Please share your thoughts on Penn Engineering MS programs also - is it worthy or more valuable than Duke MEM?
