  6. Good for you man. I was 2/8 last year for interviews, but no acceptances. Looking back at my SoP was nauseating. I probably should have retaken the GRE too, but overall my app is much stronger. Any how, 3/11 so far and much more confident this time around.
  7. Cleaned it up a bit. Now listed alphabetically (excluding the "University" part). UC Davis: 2/6-7 UC Irvine: 1/23-25 UCLA: 2/8-10 UCSF: 2/14-15, 2/28-3/1(no bias for students on either weekend) Duke CNAP: 2/6-9 Emory: 2/6-9 or 2/20-23 Johns Hopkins University: 2/10-11 University of Maryland (GPiLS-PiN): 1/30-2/1 or 2/6-2/8 Michigan State University: 1/22-1/25 University of Minnesota, Twin Cities - 2/14-16. 8. Let's get a list going. It was a pretty helpful post last year. To add a school/date, just copy the list from the last post and add on to it. Here we go! University of Maryland (GPiLS-PiN): 1/30-2/1 or 2/6-2/8 Michigan State University: 1/22-1/25 VCU (BSDP): 1/16-1/18 (many later dates available)
  9. Usually they don't let you know until official acceptance time....
  10. @imitosis: Thanks U. Maryland has started sending interview invites
  11. Wouldn't say that they are finished yet. I actually applied last year. Didn't get invited during this first wave, and then during the first week of January they emailed saying that another department is going to take a look at my app (Pharm and Tox). Also, many schools have several waves of interview invites, and some of those schools base this on how many people respond to the first round (with Harvard and other super-elite schools being an exception).
  12. BOOM. Broke the seal for this year with an interview invite to Michigan State. @Lucky: It is what it is. Good luck man.
  13. MSU began reviewing apps today. First interview invitations go out Friday 12/13.
  14. Just thought I'd check in. I'll probably be stopping by every once and a while.
  15. Gahh. Why hasn't Emory contacted me! Not fair.....congrats to you two for the good/ not terrible news
  16. Anyone that went to the 1/31-2/2 interview hear back from Emory yet?
  17. Not that anyone was actually interested, but just in case anybody was in a similar situation as mine....I got an invite to interview at Emory today! There is hope. hahaha
  18. Genuine congratulations to everybody who is receiving interview requests this week. Kudos! But for those of us who have struck-out (like me), is now the time to throw in the towel? Or do schools send out waves of interview requests. Do I need to start figuring out alternative plans for next year!? For reference, I've applied to Upenn, UCSF, UCLA, UWashington, UChicago, UMichigan Ann-Arbor, Emory, and U Boulder Colorado. From what I can gather, all but Colorado has sent out interview invitations already. Anyone have any insight?
