Thanks Im actually trying to start in the Spring was rejected fromthe only school I wanted to attend due to it being very competitive and my GPA was lower the required . So the school has given my the option of taking two classes this summer then apply forthe spring which Im sure will work out. Good Luck to you as well!!!!!

I know its my dream school too. But dont be discouraged with my outcome!!!!! Stay postive and know u deserve to attend. I will do what Hunter has asked of me so I can be a stronger candidate but Im considering NYU also for the Spring 2014 the 16 month program . Stay postive you will be fine

Hi I was rejected the other day. I was really shocked becuase of all the expereince I have working in the feild for seven yrs in case management but my GPA was low. I have been out of school for 10 years. They advised me to take two classes which I will in the summer.

Hi All, I just wanted to say that I think its such a wonderful thing that we are all committed to this wonderful field. I know some have recieved acceptances/rejections or like me still waiting for that good news to arrive. I salute each and every one of us because this is a field that I love so much and committed seven years into as a case manager. Its is my prayer that each of us embark on this journey to uplift the disadvantaged and to continue to strive for justice for all those who are not able to. I hope we all get into the schools that we so desire and become amazing social workers...... TB

I happy that you got into the school you wanted too. Im not taking it as a bad sign at all. If this is where Im suppose to be it shall be. I have a friend that went to Fordham and loved it. My clinical supervisor attended NYU. Good Luck!!!!!!!

Hi Im sorry to hear that regarding Hunter. I havent heard back yet. Hunter is the only school I applied to and the only school I want to attend. I wish you luck with NYU.
