Oh, thanks for the heads up on that! I had no idea NSERC changed the PGS-M/CGS-M awards since last year. Looks like I got my NSERC PGS-M just in time then!
I'm a Canadian attending grad school (PhD program) in the US. Are you in the sciences? I currently have an NSERC Postgraduate Scholarship (PGS). The application is usually due around the middle of October (October 15th this past year). The master's scholarship from NSERC (PGS-M if you're in the States) is one year of funding, so perhaps you can apply this fall for next year if you are in a science master's program that's two years long.
Unfortunately I don't know of anything that's still available for this fall.
Received my letter today on the east coast... denied. Oh well, I have a good stipend from my University (worth more than the NSERC award), so I can't say I'm all that upset.
