Does anyone know anything about a student who was originally out-of-state getting in-state tuition at UIUC in the second year of the Masters program? Also, anyone hear anything back about the library grad assistantships at UIUC yet?

I contacted a grad coordinator at Texas about when they would send out decisions. According to her we're gonna be notified by the end of March.
