fyi to all. I asked Yale for notes and comments as to why I was not invited for an interview and they said they would look and provide me with them so if anything it would help someone improve on their future applications, etc.

this is true. we don't know about wait lists until we get the letter

From the e-mail I got, Yale BBS has already been sent out in Dec

I asked and they said all invites were sent in Dec.

Ugh and the depression begins again, no from Yale

I will let you guys know when I speak to the fac. at Stanford on Wed. when things should be rolling out if they are allowed to say

Gah speaking with a Stanford faculty member of the program I am applying to Wednesday. He seems like an amazing faculty to work with but I have no idea if this impacts committee selections at all. I put them in my application as someone of interest but Idk when this week decisions will be made
