Congrats to all who were admitted, and good luck to those still waiting. After having mentally processed the waitlist letter I received yesterday (I was extremely nervous and anxious haha), I noticed that the letter seemed impersonal/generic and even contained a few spelling/grammar errors. It didn't even list further instructions for submitting requests to be kept or removed on/from the waitlist. However, it did assign me a Columbia University ID (different from the application PIN). Anyone have any theories as to why that is? It could just me getting hopeful but I'm a little confused and curious. Once again, congrats to those admitted and good luck to everyone!

Glad i found this thread. I couldn't figure out why i felt so dejected about being waitlisted from my top choice, but its good to know others feel the same. The waitlist letter i received was vague, unhelpful, and contained several grammar/spelling errors which added insult to injury. Oh well. Probably going to stay on the waitlist and see what happens.

Finally received a decision; waitlisted until further notice. Aka more waiting. In the words of Liz Lemon from 30 Rock, BLERGH.

Still waiting as well, MPA though. I had thought for sure they would only release one "batch" of decisions per day.

I'm still waiting as well. Of course Wagner had to send me another webinar email today (how did they know I've been refreshing my email repeatedly?!) and give me a mini heart attack thinking it was SIPA. Applied for MPA program.

Nope. The wait is killing me! I wish they would have specifically said "Decisions will be released beginning March 8th" or something a little more accurate.
