I heard from OSU the beginning of February. I think my application had the "academic review" on it for about 4 weeks before I was accepted. So you should hear soon!
Got into Fordham today! I got a phone call and then an e-mail of acceptance! 6 for 6. No idea how to make this decision, eek. Though it was between UIC and Ohio State but Fordham is looking pretty good now...
My application was complete on January 7th. But then I had to fix a few things the first week of February. When I called to fix the mistake, they told me that day they were reviewing my application (Around Feb 4th or 5th). The letter was sent about a week after that.
Just got a phone call from my brother that they sent my acceptance letter from UIC to my permanent address instead of my mailing address.
But anyway I got in! So excited! It was dated February 12th so I'm not sure why I haven't received an e-mail or why my status hasn't changed online.
Oh wow, it's really important for me to know before March 31st, hopefully I find out before that. I already got a phone call from them because I accidentally submitted the wrong application (I know, embarrassing). Hopefully I find out soon :/
Thanks for the info!
I've done 3 different research studies as well as presentating at the Ohio NASW chapter conference. I also worked on a project that was developed under the new health reform law, which was an assessment of community health. Besides that I have completed two separate volunteer experiences for the past 2 years. One at a food bank and another at an agency that works with children and mental health. It's not much experience but I didn't realize the importance of volunteering/getting involved into my sophomore year of college.
Hi everyone, I'm new! I have applied to 6 schools total (Fordham, NYU, Loyola, UIC, Ohio State, UIC Urbana-Champaign). So far I've been accepted to Loyola which was super exciting! I've been checking my OSU status every day (that's my top choice) and I'm going crazy waiting. I probably checked OSU 15-20 times today :/
