  1. I think it really depends. My boyfriend brought in no work last year because he was traveling by plane, and didn't want to damage any works in the process. He did however bring images of new works he created. He said they seemed really impressed by the newer work, even though it was only in image form. In the end he was accepted, so I guess not bringing in work didn't affect his chances. My advice would bring as much as you can comfortably carry.
  2. At least it's not a rejection letter yet. But I'm sure the wait is getting annoying. Did you try calling?
  3. I havent heard from Hunter yet.
  4. I wonder if anyone has heard back from the Painting Department At RISD.
  5. International students do not apply for fafsa. I'm pretty sure it's only for US citizens and US permanent residents. If the school has a separate financial aid section for international students, then you should apply and may be eligible to receive some aid. Otherwise, schools (such as RISD) may offer merit based scholarships to international students.
  6. Heard from RCA painting today. I didn't get an interview. Ahwell, when I visited the schools in London it was one of my least favorite anyways.
  7. Has anyone heard back from RISD-Painting, or the Royal College of Art-painting for interviews?
  8. Got my letter from SAIC today to schedule an interview for Painting! Feeling a little better about life.
  9. I suppose I should probably cross Slade off my list if you've already heard back for painting. So far I have an interview scheduled at Goldsmiths. I decided to go for a Skype interview.
  10. Wow!! Really awesome.
  11. I applied to some schools in London (The Royal College of Art, Slade School of Fine Art, and Goldsmiths) and I'd love to know if anyone has heard about acceptances or interviews.
