Successful! Got my letter in Montreal ... I have quite literally been up and down the stairs 4 times already to check. 16.5/20 in the A category. Definitely familiar with rejection. So for all those rejected or waitlisted if at first you don't succeed try, try again.

Also, from my understanding you either have to live in Quebec for 1 year as a part time student (this is what I did) or work full time to become a resident.... maybe things have changed, I did this about 7 years ago.
