I didn't apply there, but I wouldn't worry about not hearing back yet. A lot of grad programs notify applicants towards the end of February/beginning of March. I submitted most of my applications in October and haven't heard back from most of them yet. If you're worried about your application you could always contact the graduate coordinator or a POI to ask when you should expect to hear back or if they've reviewed your application.

I think it's a really good idea to start looking at profs that you want to work with. Think of some of your favorite articles/books and see where these authors teach and go from there. Try to find departments that have multiple professors that specialize in Medieval/Baroque art. I'm not too sure of strong art history programs with that specialty, but this is how I found good potential POI's and programs for my interests. Best of luck!

Congrats! I applied there too but haven't heard anything. Would you mind providing background info for me too? It's one of my top programs, and I am super anxious to hear back! Has anyone heard back from FSU? I was told that I would hear back around February 1 but haven't heard anything.
