I was admitted into the MODA program, however did not land up attending due to another offer. My scores were 165V, 160Q and 5.5W I wouldn't worry, your scores definitely sound strong enough

Neongolden and flower, have you received the email from GSAS yet? I too was accepted by the dept over a week ago, but no word since then...

There is an admit on the results page, and I know the MA in modern art acceptances went out last week?

Hi Sylvia! Just wanted to let you know about Columbia MODA- there were some admits done by the department last week, and the letter said that GSAS would be sending out the general admission responses by next week. Hope this helps, good luck!

So I've been doing a little research on the admissions process, but with not much luck. According to the Columbia website, the acceptance rate is around 20%, isn't that somewhat high for a top tier school like Columbia? Any fellow applicants for the Class of 2013? Since the deadline was Feb 3, anyone have any idea when we can expect to hear back by??
