I don't think you should worry too much about it. I know that's easier said than done, but they most likely received a lot more applications in January than December. I emailed them around the 6th week to ask if everything was okay with my application because I hadn't heard anything. They responded and informed me that a decision was being made on my application that week. Hopefully, you could get them to tell you something like that. I can't wait to hear from SSA though. Their open house was so impressive. I just can't wait to be back in Illinois!

I went to an open house at University of Chicago and was told they accept a lot more than that to their Full-Time AM (MSW) program. They have about 200 FT AM students at any given time (according to the paperwork they gave me), so it seems like more than 25 students are accepted. I'm just like you waiting to hear from them though. They're my dream program. Also, I applied to UIC at the beginning of December and heard back at the end of January. I was told that later applications take about 8 weeks though.

Has anyone heard back yet for the regular admissions deadline (1/15)? The website says we should hear by March 15th. I'm definitely getting antsy to find out!

Antigonabaires, when did you submit your application for the regular deadline? I'm eager to hear but submitted just a day before the deadline. Thanks and congrats!
