I was just accepted into CSULB today. I received an email a couple of weeks ago which indicated that I was pending for admission. I called today and spoke to the person who sent me the email and she basically gave me a short over the phone interview. After the breif interview, she admitted me into the program. An official letter will be sent to me sometime this week. I recommend that others who are pending admission call the person who sent you the email and speak to them as well.

I haven't heard from csulb yet. I called sometime last month and they said that all applications were still under review and that we'll be notified via email. My friend submitted in her application end of november/early december.

I got the email yesterday and called the department this morning. They said that the awards do not indicate acceptance into the program. They also told me that we should be hearing within the next 2 weeks via postage mail. A friend that also applied received her rejection letter about 2 weeks ago. So I'm guessing no news is good news .. So far ...,

I received an email stating a while back that my application was received and also a postcard in the mail stating that ill be notified by April. However, I was just wondering if anyone that had applied there might have heard or received anything. I know they said April but I just wanted to see if they may have released any information early. Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone applying to grad school!!
