Hey -- I haven't heard from VCU but I had an interview with Tyler a couple of weeks ago. Other than that I didn't apply anywhere else you listed.

What department are you applying for?

Hey, Here's my updates for ceramic programs: Alfred - rejected but mail Ohio State - wait listed Oregon University - interviewed. They emailed me last week to let me know I'm a finalist and they will be making their final choices this next week. Tyler - interviewed last week. VCU - nothing and as of what I've read, rejected. Ohio University - nothing University of Georgia - nothing Hope this helps!!

Finalist for Oregon ceramics!

I have no idea about the metal department, sorry! The interview was via skype, really casual. They asked me the usual questions "Why Tyler? Why grad school? Goals for after grad school? Talk about my studio practice and research" I answered the question about my plans for after graduate school saying 'becoming a successful artist' so they followed up with 'how do I define success?' Hope this helps!

Hi, Ceramics departments, my list and updates: University of Oregon: interviewed early last week. Ohio State: alternate Tyler: interviewed yesterday. University of Ohio VCU Alfred (word around the studio is that they called with acceptances Monday.) University of Georgia Let me know if anyone has anything on the ceramic departments!
